Good Wii Games?
I'm not one for going to the gym or going out running but I do like my Wii. I've started using Wii Fit but I'd really like some variety to what I do. I've heard Zumba games mentioned and I just wondered what games/activities people would recommend for the Wii as the choice out there is bewildering. Thanks.

Beginner's Question - what do I count?
When I've done weight loss programmes in the past I've only counted exercise that has been over and above what I would normally do. Eg. I wouldn't ever count the 40 minutes spent walking to school and back. Should I be including that sort of exercise or not? I'm not doing anything extra at the moment and was just wondering…
