I love food. Since I had my surgery, I'm on the lookout for quick and easy recipes that fit in my recovery phase (full liquid / pureed foods). Protein powders
Does anyone have suggestions for protein that I can mix with my liquids and soft foods? I need something unflavored, and when I go to the health food stores, they all sell these giant tubs of protein. If I don't like it, then I have a big can of wasted money. TWO DAYS POST-OP
I'm home! Surgery was a success, and I'm sipping my clear liquids and enjoying it. Only downside is a bit of discomfort. Going to rest now.
