Toning is not fun..my stomach hurts so bad from doing crunches. It feels like I've had a C Section all over again and that was 2 years ago. My arms feel like jello..I would much rather exercise on my eliptical. Feeling a little bit defeated :(
I always have between 100-250 calories left over at the end of the day...I usually notice this around 8-9 pm Should I eat that late or should I just continue to not get my target calorie intake?
