toning
Toning is not fun..my stomach hurts so bad from doing crunches. It feels like I've had a C Section all over again and that was 2 years ago. My arms feel like jello..I would much rather exercise on my eliptical. Feeling a little bit defeated :(

Left Over Calories
I always have between 100-250 calories left over at the end of the day...I usually notice this around 8-9 pm Should I eat that late or should I just continue to not get my target calorie intake?

Anniversary this weekend don't want to gain weight
HELP!! My anniversary is this weekend and my husband is taking me out. I finally got down 4 lbs after a 2 month plateau and I don't want to ruin it. What can I do??

10 more lbs and I'll be at my goal weight. So Happy. I've been doing my "life change since may 1st" and I've had "myfitnesspal" for since June. Lost a total of 9 lbs. 6 by myself 3 with myfitnesspal.
