10 more lbs and I'll be at my goal weight. So Happy. I've been doing my "life change since may 1st" and I've had "myfitnesspal" for since June. Lost a total of 9 lbs. 6 by myself 3 with myfitnesspal. I've kindof hit a rough patch though. I lost the first 5 lbs with no problem but I've had such a hard time with the other 4 lbs. I'm wondering how I can make the last 10 lbs come off like I did the first 5. Any suggestions?
