ok so my question is...I want to lose inches and not weight...but I keep losing weight...What am I doing wrong???

On the days I don't work...I work out during the morning..I tell my two year old mommy is exercising and that I will be back after her movie is over...I let her pick out her own movie..and go downstairs to my basement and do my eliptical for 20-30 mins. I come upstairs and do my little hand weights she likes doing them…

Just an update on maintaining...Very Hard!! I'm under my goal weight by 4 lbs...Although I'm not upset about being skinner by no means..I am having a hard time maintaining and eating the right amount of calories...

I'm finally at the weight I wanna be at so that is why I'm toning. I thought once the weight came off my body would look the way it did before I had my daughter. Unfortunately that isn't so that's why I'm doing the toning.

Thanks :) Yea I'm never hungry I just thought it was bad to go under your calorie goal so I was making myself eat them.

lol at k8edge....the hardest part is I have a 2 year old it's hard to fit exercising AND sex into a busy mom's schedule...I think eating light is the best way to go...THANKS to all of you out there...you give me motivation :) :)

I hate breakfast and have found smoothies are great!! Frozen fruit, low fat yogart, and your favorite fruit juice. It's like 220 calories and is a sweet tasty treat. Be careful not to burn yourself out on them though I did that the first month.
