What are your thoughts on working out while under the weather? I hear SO many differing opinions on this. Some say - push through if you have a cold, others say - rest up and heal. New to xfit
Hello! I just started xfit a couple of weeks ago and so far am really enjoying it. I'm SO much weaker than I realized but I just keep going and trying. I did Cindy for my first WOD and just did Nancy last night. Looking forward to learning more here!

Hey all - a bit late to the game here but I just started doing RI30 last week. I'm currently doing it 3-4 days a week on top of running and a weekly zumba class. I did day 1 of week 2 on Sunday and am still sore. Plan on hitting it again tonight!
