Favorite ready to drink protein shake: low calorie, low sugar?
Hi I’m trying to lose weight and I’m thinking about replacing my coffee creamer with a ready to drink protein shake and drinking the rest as a snack to up my protein. Anyone have a favorite protein shake that doesn’t have too many calories and sugar?

Carbs and setting macro goals
My carbs are set at 40% which is 130g. I just noticed todays carbs say goal: 156g. I'm assuming the number is going up based on the percentage since my total calories increased due to exercise input? How do I keep the carbs around 130g even on exercise days?

Accurate logging/ Food entry confirmations in App?
Hello, I want to start logging more accurately, weighing my food, etc. Why am I not seeing confirmations of the foods in the database? Is it because I'm on the App? I see 'this food has been verified' but not how many people have confirmed the entry?

BUT I left my HRM on and in the hour after my workout I burned an additional 200!!! I don't want to eat too much or too little, so my question is, do I count these…
