Accurate logging/ Food entry confirmations in App?

Hello,
I want to start logging more accurately, weighing my food, etc.
Why am I not seeing confirmations of the foods in the database? Is it because I'm on the App? I see 'this food has been verified' but not how many people have confirmed the entry?
