Heart rate
Hi, I noticed my heart rate does not go that up while weight lifting. Does this mean my workout is not that effective? Also, should I be burning as many calories during lifting than cardio, or it should be about the same?

I am confused, need you help to clear things out.
My BMR is 1790, I'm 5'3", weight 235 pounds, 39 years old. To maintain my weight my total daily calorie needs should be around 2700 cal daily, taking note that I go to gym min 4 times a week. So if I want to lose 2 pounds a week, I should be eating around 1700 cal daily, so why MFP is telling me that I should eat 1320?

Slow metabolism
I go to gym 4 times a week (cardio + lifting) and I eat at a 1000 calories deficit (healthy food) and I can barely lose 1 pound a week. It's very frustrating. Im sure it has to do with my metabolism being slow. Any things I can do to speed up my metabolism? I might as well built muscle mass? Any help will be appreciated :)

Gym routine
Hello, I have been going to the gym for the past 5 weeks. Basically, I do 45 minutes cardio and 15 minutes on weight machines. I would like to change my routine a bit, is there a website or apps that can suggest some new exercises? Thanks in advance!
