Walking in the Heat
Hi there. I live near Savannah, Ga., and it is REEEEEEEEEEALLY hot here. I walked tonight after dark, and I'm still sweating to death, as it is still 87 degrees and it's VERY humid. My question is this: When you walk in the excessive heat like this do you burn more calories? Thanks!
