Free Exercise Videos ONLINE

It's simply too hot to get my walk in, so I found some online exercise videos for free at http://www.exercisetv.tv/workout-videos/all/?videotype=free-full-length. I started with "Degree Get Into The Move: Cardio Challenge" which lasts 22 minutes. I'm going to resolve to do this one until it's too easy, and then move on to something more difficult. Of course, with someone like me, this is hard enough to last me for a while! LOL! Let me know if you find something free and online that works well for you!!!

    I just discovered some short exercise videos on sparkpeople.com. I also love free videos and get bored with doing the same thing over and over. I like these short videos because I can do different combinations.

    fitnessblender.com has quite a few from strenth training to HITT and it's free. There's also a few on youtube. Just do a goggle search and youll come up with a few sites.
