dark under eye circles
since becoming veg my under eyes have become extremely dark. Anyone else dealing with this issue? I do take a multi and iron pill but was wondering if maybe there is something better besides a heavy duty concealer lol

winter blues
This year has been worse then any other year that I've experienced this. I just dont have any energy, havent worked out in weeks, Im sleeping alot and still feeling drained ,not wanting to socialize, etc .............
