Im doing Day 2 tonight but just have to say I love level 2 :heart: The ab work felt so much more effective and level one was starting to drag!!!! Day 1's workout flew by

Just curious.......how many calories did everyone burn? I know everyone's will be different but I only burned 198 and that seems kinda low for myself =/

I custom made mine and just logged in my time and my cals burned from my HRM

I totally underestimated Day 1....... When I finished I felt like I wasted my time starting at level 1......... lol Yeah Im feeling it now, cant wait till tonight's workout =)
