Carbohydrate Values Are Displaying Incorrectly
I’ve noticed over the last week or two, the carb values of my foods are being displayed incorrectly (always lower grams than it actually is). However, if I try to edit the food, it shows the correct values. When I go into my day view of my total nutrients, the carbohydrate total will be correct, even though the wrong carb…

Looking for Low Carb Protein Bar Recipes Please
Most of the protein bar recipes I've seen here contain oatmeal, flour, honey or dried fruit. Anyone got any nice recipes that are low carb? Thanks in advance :)

New Group Member... Longtime Anorexic
Hi, I've just joined this group and wanted to introduce myself :) I have struggled with anorexia since I was a young child, my first memory of restricting food was my first day of school (age 5). I'm in my 30s now and trying to gain a little and trying to eat normally for my son. I'm finding it so challenging though. I…

Running when it's windy - VERY frustrated!!!
Does this happen to anyone else?: Ever since I can remember I find it very hard to breathe when there's a strong wind. It literally catches my breath and I cannot breathe until the gust of wind dies down again. I remember this being a very frightening experience as a child. Today I went for a run - or at least I attempted…

I've noticed that my ankles can be a little bit stiff and sore the next day after doing it (I've never jogged before and invested in a good pair of Nike jogging runners). This evening I was rubbing them and my ankle bones were quite sore to touch - they felt like they'd been…

When to 'mix it up'?
I've heard lots of people talk about how your muscles 'get used' to certain workouts and how you need to mix it up for the greatest benefits. I've been doing the same weights in the gym for about 2-3 weeks. How long should I be doing the same weights/workouts before I need to change things? Thanks!!

How soon after gym should I eat?
Hi, I'm just wondering how soon after the gym (cardio & weight training) should I eat? I usually have a protein bar when I get home, which is about 10 - 15 after leaving the gym. Is this too soon? I thought I might be diverting blood away from my muscles to digestion. Thanks

Alcohol...
...do you or don't you? I am trying to eat clean (-ish) but I really enjoy a glass or 2 of wine. I've pretty much cut it out since joining the gym as I've heard it causes the body to go into a kind of 'fat storage' mode after you drink it and I don't want to undo any of my good work but I really miss having a glass or two…
