month 1 results?
Tomorrow is my last day of month one. I took pictures tonight and honestly didn't notice a difference. I feel stronger and can last longer during the workouts. Abs workout
How often should you work your abs? I took an abs class today and realized I need to get to work on toning my core! I tend to neglect this area which is not good! I have p90x so I'm planning on doing ab ripper-x every other day, if not daily. Would this be too much?

Eating more protein and burning fat
I definitely need to cut back on carbs and incorporate more protein. I get my protein from the normal sources-milk, dairy, beans, whole grains but I feel like I'm not getting enough.
