I am getting very frustrated. Every day I focus on what I eat. Eating all the my fruits & veggies and low fat milk, whole grains and lean meats. Limiting processed foods. Drinking water.
I work out 5 times a week. Usually includes a mix of Zumba, weight training, cycling and raquetball. I have been trying to lose 5 pounds that I put on from some medicine I was taking. I have been off the medicine for nearly 3 months and I haven't dropped a pound!
Could I be replacing fat with muscle and therefore staying the same weight? I feel like there is a magic trick I am missing to lose weight. I am constantly analyzing my food choices and working out. My sleep habits do suffer because I just started a new job. Maybe that could be a problem? I feel like I am never going to lose weight!
Motivation needed!
I am 5'7 142 pounds. Normal weight is around 135 but I haven't been below 140 all year. I want to get there again.

I'm 5'6 and 146, my goal weight is around 140. I exercise 6 days a week doing P90X/ run and watch cals, fat, sugar....and try to eat the least processed food possible. I don't have a stressful job (I love it) and I sleep great lol. I would like to hear advice. It took 3-4 months to lose a pound, just super frustrating0
