I think it's harder being fat again after losing the weight..UGH. But here I am fat and frustrated. What makes it so hard is I kept it off for over 3 years. My feet and knees hurt. I know it's not good. I almost don't know where to start

struggling at weight loss
in 2018 i got down to 135. I fet great. I kept it off for 3+ years. Covid hit, the lockdowns and other crap. Needless to say I gained back all i lost plus more. My feet hurt, my knees hurt. I eat according to my height weight and I try to eat healthy.

How can I lose 15 more pounds?
I have been told by my doctor that I need to hit a good weight. I need to lose 15 more pounds...with that said, I have been eating healthy since January and have taken off quit a bit of weight. I have been stuck at the same weight now and can't seem to drop the 15 more that the doctor wants me to lose. Any ideas? Thanks
