Are you all following the meal guide, or dieting as well? I hate to diet so I'm just trying to make healthy choices or at least be mindful of portions and logging everything in mfp to stay under calorie goal. But I'm not seeing improvement. I wonder if what I'm doing isn't enough?

how to flatten and tighten abs quickly?
I hate sit ups! But sit ups are better than leg ups, which are better than bicycles. I have Hip hop abs but I just can stand it anymore. Right now my only exercise is Just Dance on Wii.
