Has anyone gained weight doing 30 day shred?

I swear I was following the program as I was supposed to and watching my diet, but I gained like 5-7 lbs in 20 days. I guess I still looked ok but I didn't see the toning I wanted and still felt a little round around the middle. I didn't notice any muscle gain... I know muscle weighs more than fat, but I swear this program is annoying. I want to lose weight not gain, I'm still 5 lbs away from my goal. How am I supposed to meet it if I keep gaining?

And it's not coincidence either cause I stopped doing the work out 2 weeks ago, and have not been watching what I eat and I lost those lbs again.

    This makes me think your muscles were retaining water from a new workout program and the stress you were putting your body through. Stopping the program signaled your body to let it go, so you lost weight.
