Running at 5mph or Elliptical?
I started doing the elliptical 6 days a week doing 500-600cals one day then 300-400 the next. Alternating. Recently I started doing just 20 min on elliptical and 20 min running at 5mph. Then just the running burning 400-500 cals for a 40 min run. I tried to get back on the elliptical yesterday and it was so hard! My legs…

Eating and at what time?
At what times during the day do u eat? Do u eat a majority of your cals in the morning and then decrease as you go through the day? I thinkk a good rule is to eat with in 2 hours of waking up but I could be wrong. Any help would help!
