Im still here. I had to stop for now cuz I have a UTI and im too uncomfortable to even think about exercise. Im hoping maybe tomorrow I can start again. I miss it!

I am on Level2 of the 30 day shred. I do level 2 then do level1 and when I get to Level3 I will follow it with level1.

I eat an average of 900 a day-sometimes more sometimes less. I have lost a decent amount of weight. I found that when I eat 1200-1400 I dont lose weight. I love pizza too! I get domino medium pizz($5.99) I eat a 220 cal reakfast, 300 or so cal lunch and just budget 540 (2 slices) for dinner. I eat snacks too but I put the pizza in first so I can plan out my calorie day. HTH!

Thanks. I actually started to take Womans one a day Active. It has Zinc(heard is good for hormones) and B6 and B12 for energy. I hope I see some improvement!

I have heard that every other day is good BUT I try to run 5/6 days a week and by day 5 Im burnt lol So maybe next week I will try a MWF schedule
