When eating a midnight snack, what day should you log it in?
Since I'm a teenager, I stay up until like, 3:30 in the morning. I'm obviously bound to get hungry...my question is, whenever I'm eating after 12, should I put it in the for the previous day because I'm not sleeping yet? Or should I put it in for the next day because it's after 12?

I'm now 16 years old. I used to dance when I was very, very little and I loved it but I stopped at the end of elementary school. I love dancing, like ballet/lyrical. I want to start again, but I don't want to join an expierenced group. Is it possible to get private dance lessons to begin again? Am I too old? Thanks :)

My goal for calories used to be 1290, (not including exercise,) and now that I've lost more weight, it's 1270.
