Turkey Hill all natural..it is SO delicious and tastes so milky and not processed at all. It has around 150 cals per serving or so, but that's fine because the only ingredients are milk, cocoa, sugar, and cream. It's SO good!

Thank you all for your answers :) I've come to the conclusion that it doesn't matter as long as I'm being consistent and the calories go somewhere. :)

the 30 day shred is VERY exhausting. try taking sall 10 second breaks in between, pause the video if you have to. take small sips of water. maybe your body isn't used to combining strength and cardio!

yes,that makes sense! so i'm at 125, i should be drinking about 62 ounces of water a day, which is about 8 glasses? i drink from water bottles so i count through liters, not really glasses.

yes, protein in red is good. like the above said, MFP's reccomendation for protein is quite low. the minimum you're supposed to recieve of protein is 80g per day. i TRY to get protein in the negative numbers, as well as fiber. :)

you need to eat more than 1200. your body won't run on 1200 calories a day just because you want it to, especially if you're exercising; your body will need more calories than that.
