what happens if you vomit?

this has nothing to do with bulimia. just a curiousity question. if you vomit, would you have to eat more to replace the food? ha :)

    has happened to me! once it was fairly shortly after eating so i removed those items, as they were removed from me! i guess i would try to guesstimate if it were later. that day, i didn't get near my calorie goal because i had very little appetite the next day.

    If you're throwing up, you're probably ill and you should not worry so much about calories. You should be focusing on just eating whatever your stomach can handle and letting yourself get well.

    Well seeing as you get kcals from chewing and spitting food I guess you would still consume a lot of kcals when eating and vomitting!? It's also mostly water isnt it?
  • Depending on how often and how fast you have to run to the bathroom...you could count it as exercise too...bwaahaahaa!!! :laugh:
