Still hungry? Help! D:

I'm at 1662 calories for food today. My usual goal is 1300 but I burned 380 exercising today. I have about 100 left after dinner. I'm still really hungry, even though I drank tons of water today, and after dinner, so I know it's not thirst. I have about 17 calories left and I really don't want to go over for the day. Should I eat or just hold off until tomorrow?

    If I'm really hungry, I eat, even if it means I'll go over for the day. Choose something healthy & don't sweat it if you're a bit over for the day. I go over a bit once or twice a week and I'm still losing :smile:
