Love This App
I wasnt hungry today so I didnt eat much. Also if the food is not perfectly delicious I dont eat it. My dinner was horrid so threw most of it out. The app wont let you go below a certain caloric daily intake. So, guess I’ll have to eat some more!

What am I doing wrong
So discouraged! I have meticulously entered in my daily food intake and exercise for a week and weighed myself today. I have not lost a single pound. I am exercising more and eating more than prior to joining MFP. My daily caloric intake is a little under what is suggested to lose 1.5 pounds a week.

Heavy Snow Shoveling
I love winter AND shoveling snow! I don’t count light shoveling as anything but a good walk, but when it comes to moving heavy packed snow I don’t have a clue how to count that exercise. Any ideas?

Im Back Arrrgh
I tried this with success 7 years ago and sadly gained it all back + 10 pounds. I have to get rid of this weight as I am diabetic and the extra weight has greatly affected my health. Please help me. I found the support so helpful here last time I was here. Wish me luck. No turning back.

I just tried this recipe and was floored how easy, delicious and HEALTHY it is compared to the alternative.
