Ive been at this for about two weeks. Yay! Ive lost around 4 pounds - a little over my goal of 1.5 pounds a week. Not complaining. This is a big help!!! I dont understand the message that I get “If you ate like today by 5 weeks you would weigh xxx pounds”. Every day the weight calculations change. For the better I might say. Is this a gimmick to keep you here or is this based on scientific fact?

It's just based on the formula of about how many calories your body needs every day plus the exercise you entered compared to what you logged in your food diary. If you don't eat and burn the same number of calories every day it's going to change. It's rarely accurate since few people are that consistent day to day.0

It is a formula using how many calories you consumed and burned on that particular day.0
