Has anyone tried this cleanse? If so, what are your opinions on how it works and how well your stayed on it. I just started it today. I've been told even though it's an oldie, it's a goodie to cleanse your body the all natural way. What do you think?

Whiterock Lake / Cycle
Anyone cycle Whiterock? I used to cycle 10 mi. (or 9.7 around the lake to be exact) 4x's a week about a year ago, but stopped. Looking to get back to that, but need to build up endurance again. Let me know if you think you might be at my pace and want a cycle buddy.

Just need opinions on what you think a good detox would be. I know they come in all kinds of forms and brands. Pills, liquids, raw....etc... If anyone can relate, let me know. My main problem area is my stomach and sides. People keep saying CARDIO CARDIO & CARDIO. I cycle anywhere from 5 to 10 miles a day. About 45 minutes on a bike going 12 - 14 mph burns about 599 calories. I know I burn more than that since I go about 18 to 20 mph. I would say that is some…
