NSV 5K!
Today I did something I would have never thought about a year ago...I did our local 5K Turkey Trott and finished it in 38.31 minutes! Big NSV for me!
It has taken me since January of this year to loose 61lbs (two lbs away from loosing "my daughter") and there is nothing like hearing my children tell me that they love that they can hug me and put there arm all the way around me know!!!

HRM-What is recommended
I got a HRM that was quite inexspensive but, I don't think it is very accurate. Does anyone have suggestions on what kind of HRM to get that works well yet isn't too pricey?

Calorie Deficiency
I keep seeing that I am not getting enough calories when I finish my journaling for the day. Yet, I feel satisfied with my food choices at the end of the day. As long as I am getting the right kinds of foods in my diet, can it really hinder my success?
