Question about body fat...
I don't even know how to ask this question so I'll just give the situation. I've been working out and doing intense ab work. I feel like my abs are getting a lot tighter, but the fat on my stomach looks like it's getting bigger! It's popping out more and looking kinda funny. My question is... Will the fat just eventually…

Anyone take pole dancing classes?
I signed up, but havent gone yet. I feel like I have to be a little more strong before even attempting the pole lol... Anyone take them? Love/Hate them? Have you seen any differences in your body taking the classes? Thx

Trim inches off your waist??

Twin skin? Elasticity issues?
I'm concerned that if I loose the remaining fat around my mid section, I may have "twin skin" or lack of elasticity in that area. My husband thinks I'm nuts, but when I look at it, I think I'm right. Anyone have this? Any way to avoid or help not to get this?

In pain after workout...what do you do to keep going

Suggestions for workouts to thin/tone thighs, lift butt.
I want my butt bigger...one problem I have is my thighs are big, so my butt looks flatter because there isn't that much of a bump any more. How do I think out my thighs without looksing my butt? Any suggestions?

Calorie Question
I've noticed some people trying to make sure they get their calories in, isn't it better NOT to eat ALL of your calories if you want to loose weight? I don't mean starve or even shave off half, but leave some off if you don't feel the need to eat them?
