Anyone have a beginner work out for weight loss and tone? I'd like to have a routine so I can walk in the gym, do a work out and get going. I don't have a lot of time. I always wind up walking around looking lost.

How can I tighten skin after losing weight
I've lost some weight doing Keto, but now I feel like my skin is all mushy...any tips on getting the skin to tighten up? It's not ALOT...but I'd love some tips.

Low carb/ need some exercise suggestions easy to stick to
