I'm on 35 hours after quitting smoking and hoping I kick them this time, but does anyone know how long it will take to be able to run again or if its possible when I get winded so fast just with walking right now?
I'm going to try and quit first after my last 4 cigarettes.
Hoping to get into diet and exercise by Friday, too.
I plan on working on the diet and exercise between now and friday since i should have a good enough grip on quitting smoking in the next few days. It doesnt seem as hard this time as it did 3 weeks ago so im hoping this is the time i finally quit for good.
3 weeks ago I quit for 53 hours until i gave in. Now, I'm going to give it another shot and aim for passing that and much more.
Sooooooooo close to opening a pack that I've left shut almost 2 days.
I went to quit.net and it works there dunno about here. If not does anyone know how to get it to work to show how long ive quit and so on?????
Starting to think more of diet and exercise now than cigarettes but not quite ready to focus on it enough. I'm drinking less soda now than I was when i was smoking and more water than I was, but still eating crappy at the moment mainly because I need to go shopping for healthier food.
It's getting harder, but I'm not giving in. nope.
Here's to countless hours of updates of continuing without them. Will update when I start working on the exercise and weight control when I start that too hopefully soon. (Like in 1-2 weeks or so)
More info in my profile if that doesn't scare you off :)
