AWESOME! It is hard - but really worth it! Once you stop smoking, you have time to work out! Think about this -- 3 minutes per smoke, a pack a day....you are saving 60 minutes and 5$ a day!
You should be really proud of yourself -- the first few days are the hardest :)

Good luck! I have been for 3 weeks now! You can do it! Exercising is what keeps me from starting back up alot because I know how much harder it would be to work my *kitten* off if I were still smoking! First couple days are the hardest so you're almost there! You can do it!!! :)

You are doing great! I quit 6 months ago it was sooo worth it! Everytime I wanted one I'd pray to God to take that away and to give me the strength! I also chewed gum like a maniac and brushed my teeth after all food!

    You got this!

I quit successfully at your age. It is a choice.
I stuck an eraser on both ends of a pencil and carried in place of my pack, whenever I unconsciously touched my pack I grabbed the pencil and drummed on anything and everything a few minutes to get past the urge.

The hardest thing for me was to relax. When I was working I never smoked, but I always smoked alot when I relaxed. Never relaxing is not an option. Try some lightweight yoga. It is calming and the meditation will help.

Reward yourself with a professional massage after you've saved enough not smoking to afford it.

I did a lot of praying for help too at the time and He made it much easier for me.

I won't say good luck because luck has nothing to do with it. I'll just say live strong
