Weekly calories not showing??
For some reason, when I select weekly calories from nutrition button, it won't work and just whirrs round never revealing any data...anyone else having this issue for the last 3 days or so??

Just started today, and could do with hearing some good stuff and getting some hints on getting my protein levels up without living on chicken and tuna :) I've never tried this but am intrigued to see how it works. Is eating at BMR + exercise same as cut?
I do love eating more, and I'm now just trying to simplify my life a bit and can't be doing with too many calculations, I think my BMR is about 1350 (according to an average of all sites I have tried) so I am thinking I set my BMR plus a bit (1450) as my low limit on MFP and then eat all exercise cals back so I never go…

TOM - no cramps at all with more cals!
