makeup at the gym
so i was wondering , is it ok to wear makeup at the gym or is it frowned upon? when i use to workout after work, i use to have make up on , but now that i workout early in the morning, i don't bother to wear make up. so what do you think ?

As in today, i changed my percentages for carbohydrate fat and protein. before , i use to eat the reccoomended amount from MFP, but i heard that i can lose more weight if i lower my carb intake and increase my fat and protein.So , i switch the percentages to being 35% for carb, 35% protein and 30% fat. :indifferent: i am sick :( i have a cold and i am drinking a lot of orange juice , however it is effecting my caloric intake ? should i add the juice in my dairy? or should i only add the solid food? also , is it true that the body use more calories when a person is sick?

eating too much too fast

does any one uses the extra calories from the excercise?
i have been journaling everything i eat and i usually use the extra calories from my excercise. the reccomended amount of calories that MFP gave me is about 1270 to loose two pound a week, however, i think it is too low , so i do cardio for an hour everyday and burn about 750 calories and i eat them throughout the day.…
