Eat My Exercise?
Should I be eating my exercise calories? And if I do, does that mean I'm being counterproductive? I feel that if I'm eating the calories I'm burning (and I know that my body with continue to burn once I'm finished my workout) that I won't be losing the weight I want to. Thoughts?
