Eat My Exercise?

Should I be eating my exercise calories? And if I do, does that mean I'm being counterproductive? I feel that if I'm eating the calories I'm burning (and I know that my body with continue to burn once I'm finished my workout) that I won't be losing the weight I want to.

MFP sets your calorie allowance at a deficit already so you are loosing weight even if you eat all your exercise cals. If you don't eat them all you may loose weight fast (as you are in a bigger deficit) but if you are working out lots you will also need more fuel. Just make sure your NET calories are at LEAST 1200 if they are less than this you are essentially starving yourself.0
