Hi! My name is Rachel and I am not "new" to my fitness pal, but rather, newly committed. Before I would yo-yo diet and calorie track on a day-to-day basis. However, that has clearly not been very successful, so I am attempting to buckle down and lose some weight! What better way to stay accountable than to find some accountability friends? So I'm hoping to help and be helped through this community of dieters! Thanks!
