Carbs Needed for lady 67. Dr says to watch the carbs
My Dr. told me to really watch the carbs because my bloodwork showed 2 points away from the prediabetes level. I need to lose 20 pounds and I am confused as to carbs needed.

Number of Calories per My Plate .Gov
When I looked at My Plate on Gov.com for a female that is 5'3 age 65 with 30 minutes or less of activity per day it shows up to 1600 calories per day> Seems to be alot. Are they going by the current weight that you entered?

Protein and weightloss
I have a really hard time getting protein each day. I am not a high meat eater other than chicken. If you stay within your cal. limit but your getting more carbs than protein does your weight loss slow down?

10 pound weight loss by Oct?
Is it possible to lose 10 pounds in 2 1/2 months? My doctor said he would like to see my 10 pounds lighter by mid Oct. MFP has me doing 1200 cal. per day.

Too much protein?
Can you get too much protein each day? A protein drink that I like each morning has 26 grams and I would like to have one at lunch also

Curves workout and stuck

Only 4 lbs lost
Is 4 lbs ok in 3 weeks time? I have went to the gym a total of 10 times and stay within 1200 calories sometimes alittle more. I was hoping for more. I have noticed that my things fit better and overall I feel better.. 4 lbs is not a lot but for me it makes a huge difference in the way I feel. I am 5'3 and 57 years old.…
