My Dr. told me to really watch the carbs because my bloodwork showed 2 points away from the prediabetes level. I need to lose 20 pounds and I am confused as to carbs needed.
When I looked at My Plate on Gov.com for a female that is 5'3 age 65 with 30 minutes or less of activity per day it shows up to 1600 calories per day> Seems to be alot. Are they going by the current weight that you entered?
I have a really hard time getting protein each day. I am not a high meat eater other than chicken. If you stay within your cal. limit but your getting more carbs than protein does your weight loss slow down?

Is 4 lbs ok in 3 weeks time? I have went to the gym a total of 10 times and stay within 1200 calories sometimes alittle more. I was hoping for more. I have noticed that my things fit better and overall I feel better.. 4 lbs is not a lot but for me it makes a huge difference in the way I feel. I am 5'3 and 57 years old.…
