Just looking for people and ideas for those who only have a bit to lose. Most people on here want to lose tremendous amounts of weight. I basically don't want to lose any weight, just replace about 5lbs of fat with muscle or thin air.

Try temporarily adding the "potentially bad food" to your food diary and see what it does to your calories/fat etc. Knowing that you'll eat this food and most likely still be hungry soon after (due to the crappy empty calories) while already being close to your calorie/fat/carb count ceiling might give you the slight bit…
