Hi all, my name is cheddarboy. I am looking to lose about 10lbs of fat, trying to maintain muscle. I have been eating healthy but just joined and find the fitness pal is good at keeping track of caloric intake, something i think I've been underestimating. Interested in people who do hiit, hit or shiit workouts. Looking to incorporate these methods more into workout strategy..
