On the site it says to weigh in weekly. I can't do that. I can't wait that long to see if my efforts are paying off. I've been weighing in every night (and yes, I know mornings are better). How much should I weigh?
Hi all~ So I'm about 5'9", how much should I weigh? I know that the answer can't really be clear due to a number of variables but I would greatly appreciate some estimates. I just want to know what to shoot for without overshooting. (& if this is any help, currently I weigh 163 but I have weighed 145 at the same height)

Can't...stop...eating!!!!!
I don't know why. I eat when I'm not even hungry. I thinks it's out of boredom, I don't think it's emotional. I found that a really good way to distract myself is to play piano. Any tips on what you do when you get hungry? Thanks!

What should I do after a bad day?
So yesterday I had a really bad day, I mean we're talking 225 calories OVER my limit. I am so mad at myself for doing that, but now that I can't change the past, what should I do?
