SO I bought a dress size 12 as a mini goal dress to fit into for New Years...currently I'm a 16. Is that considered 2 dress sizes or 4 smaller? What is TDEE???
I googled it and found a calculator and found numbers, it appears, I should increase my calories to over 2000??? I am not sure I understand it though. I see all these posts about TDEE and BMR and other letters out there, what is wrong with just counting calories?

Week 2 done - measurements
I lost 3.4 pounds, 1.5 inches in hips, 1/2 inch in waist and 1/2 inch in thigh - 0 in arm (though I do see definition). Anyone else taking measurements? I am going to be doing the last day of week 1 tonight. I am sore, but so far love Jillian Michaels. Anyone else finding themselves doing little exercises during normal activities?
