Carbs too high on vegitarian diet
I'm trying to go vegitarian, (fish only for protein) and I am finding that my my carb numbers are higher on MFP. I have been trying to do the carb cycling also. What I want to know is can you lose weight with those numbers being higher than. I am over 50. Any information anyone can gvie me is appreciated.

I'd like to know how much weight some of you have lost doing the 30DS. How much was your beginning and how much did you lose on the 30 day program? What was your athletic ability before starting the program? The workouts seem pretty short to be of significance.

1200 cal goal 165 carbs 45 protein, really
I seem to go over on the protein. Is it me or are the carbs set too high and the protein too low? I am hoping for a little feedback. I go over on my sugar, protein and fiber, which fiber I am not concerned with. Tell me what you think and what you know. Thanks

Fat in the red will it hinder weight loss
I seem to be staying level or lower on the calories, carb and protein but I keep going over on the fat. Will this hinder my weight loss?

Can't believe I let those cookies in. I was doing so good but I won't give up. I have those cravings once a week and being in menopause doesn't help.

Too much protein?
I keep coming in the red on protein. I am assuming I'm getting too much protein for the weight loss I want to achieve. I didn't see any guidelines for how much protein on a 1200 calorie diet.
