Atkins - yay or nay?
So i've read up on the Atkin's diet and it sounds like something i would very much enjoy doing!! My questions for people who have done it: 1. whats the initial weightloss on this diet? 2. feeling really low

Constantly going over sugar levels?!
According to MFP i am constantly going over my sugar allowance, but all the sugar i'm getting is from healthy food, like the fact i've started eating a lot of fruit rather than sweets etc. Is getting too much sugar bad for you if it's coming from fruit?!

Drinking with friends!!
Being a student i find it really difficult not to drink with my friends, which often means i end up drinking away 1000 calories in shots, cider and beer every time we go out. I go back to university in 7 weeks and i was wondering if there are any tips people can give me to get more in shape so i can try out for the cheerleading squad? at the moment i do about 40 minutes on a stationary bike and 20 minutes of walking a day.
