How to stop the b/p cycle?
All I seem to do for the past two weeks is binge and purge and binge and purge or just eat and purge I don't want to go back down that road again,ughh I just wish i could eat like a normal person. Any tips to stop the cycle? something that's worked for you maybe.

Running on sand dunes
Does anyone else do this? I love it, makes a change from running on the road. My legs always kill after, it's brilliant. I'm not a seasoned runner, i still run/walk but it's a really good workout especially trying to run up sand dunes.

What should I log Insanity as?
I don't have a HRM :( , hopefully i'll be able to afford one soon but until then I have to use the mfp database, I know its not going to be 100 percent accurate but what would you recommend I enter the workouts as. I'm only on day 3 atm and I hope to have a hrm by the start of the second month.
