I usually have a rest day but I want to discover a few classes that i'll really like and enjoy as i think it'd help me to tone up/lose more weight than doing it alone would.
Anyway here are the ones that I want to try out providing that they have places, if you've done them before I'd love your opinion on them.
Monday - Body Jam (
Tuesday - Boxercise
Wednesday - Fitness Yoga
Thursday - Body Balance (this is yoga, tai chi and pilates so it's a few things mixed into one i'm quite looking forward to this)
Friday - Zumba
Saturday - Indoor Cycling (I think this is what my gym calls Spin, I've heard spinning is a really good workout so i want to try it but i'm also a bit scared too as well)
Sunday - Body Pump

Trying lots of stuff out is ACE so go for that. But maybe do have a rest day - they're ever so important. Perhaps yoga could be your day off, as the one the next day is sort of similar? xxxxxxx
p.s. SPINNING IS GREAT. mental but great. I used to do it when was younger, and the adrenaline rush is like no other(about 20 minutes afterwards. but at the time, it's a terrifying cocktail of pain and endurance and high energy music. but it's the best, honestly)

It sounds like a good mix. There isn't any reason why you can't workout 7 days in a week. Rest is important, but listen to your body and take it as needed. It's great to mix it up like that with the cardio classes and the mind/body stuff. Sounds fun!0

curious to what gym , as its called indoor cycling at mine, love it, its a good work out, and ofcourse how good depends on the teacher.
had a sub last week didn think she was as good, burned over 100 cals less then with the other teacher.0 -
I wasn't planning to do anything else on the yoga day anyway so I may use that as my rest day since yoga is more chilled instead of high intensity.
i literally wanted to try out everything, well mostly apart from stuff like aqua class and glee club there's more classes i could of done but I don't want to do more than one in a day but I can always try them out the week after next.0 -

Zumba is the most amazing class I've ever tried, if you get a great instructor. It's great because you hardly realize what you're doing, it's a party, then it's over...none of the looking at the clock begging time to move faster. SO FUN!
I also love anything yoga related, and eliptcal machines, and aerobics.
I can't handle any kind of spinning or kick boxing type things...just not my thing. I hate to run but love to hike!0 -
I FREAKING LOVE SPIN CLASS!!!!! thats my all time favorite. And you burn over 500 calories!!!0
