I don't, I'm up on my feet most days at work but I never log that. If i work to and from work i'll log it because its like a 1.5 mile walk and I walk at quite a fast pace but i wouldn't log something like shopping or walking to the corner shop for example.

I burnt 350 calories on the wii before :D i gained a few lbs yesterday but i think its just water weight (drank ****loads lol) so I will not weigh myself till next week otherwise I get discouraged and that's not good.

I count everything, to me a calorie is a calorie doesn't matter if it comes from a slice of toast or a carrot. But if not counting them works for you then continue to do it :D

I want to lose around 20-30lbs, drop at least 2 dress sizes, complete the couch 2 5k progam (i've started it like 3 times) and just generally be a healthier person I guess.

I find them really boring to be honest, I tried one not sure which I was literally bored out of my skull and switched it off before it had even finished. I guess it works for some but if I want to walk 5 miles I'd rather go outside much more interesting.

Yesterday I had family over and I played just dance 2 & 3 on the wii for around 4 hours on and off, okay about 30 minutes of that was sonic and mario at the 2012 olympics but all in all according to my hrm I burnt around 1300 calories. I weigh 139lbs, I was properly going for it though. It's a really great workout.

I ended up joining mid month in December but I completely forgot. I am determined to do it this time though. I've already got 116 minutes of exercise done although i am properly aching so I probably won't end up doing much tomorrow apart from walking.

My sister bought her wii and the just dance 3 over and I kind of got slightly addicted and might of played it for around 3 and half hours on and off. I'm around 139lbs and I burnt 1324 calories according to my polar ft4. Some of that was Mario and Sonic at the Olympics but pretty much most of it was Just Dance 2 and 3.

At my gym no one under 16 is allowed to join, unless they go to the kids club thing.
