I'm ashamed to admit I have absolutely NO self control this attempt at a healthier life style. I've always been so self disaplined, but now that I'm torn in so many directions, I'm choosing quick meals over healthy. I'm considering trying an appetite suppressant. Has anyone out there tried sensa??? Likes, dislikes, or anyother product you may like better?

I wouldn't recommend any appetite suppressants. I use to take them when I was trying to eat barely nothing and they worked buys I also got even more light headed than usual (I have low blood pressure). My mouth was dry all the time even though I'd drunk gallons of water and at times I thought my heart was gonna pop out of my mouth and not in a good way.
Though I've found that tea is an awesome at suppressing my appetite for an hour or two. So I'd recommend instead of reaching for your unhealthy snack just have a cup of tea first wait 15 minutes an then see how you feel.0
