I'm off to Chiquitos tonight for a colleagues leaving do......but none of their food is in the MFP database, and they have no nutritional info on the web. Does anyone have any ideas how I should log my meal tonight, or any suggestions for healthy options? (Obviously avoiding the nacho's is a must :sad: )

Bloated and yukky
So I've woken up this morning feeling totally bloated, very light headed and really sick :cry: I weighed myself this morning (ahead of official weigh in tomorrow) and no movement on the weight front (which I guess isn't a big surprise if I'm all bloated). Savoury snacks....
I don't have a particularly sweet tooth so when I need (or want I suppose) a snack I find it really hard to find something low cal that isn't sweet. Crisps are my weakness, so I'm trying to avoid them, but when a piece of fruit just wont cut it I'm unsure what to try that isn't over 200 cals! Any tips would be great :)

Can someone help with rice servings?
How much rice is a normal serving? and is this dried or cooked weight? I've looked up my basmatti rice on the database and it only has either 100g or 1g......but I have no idea how much I should be having per portion and as I said, whether it's cooked or uncooked weight.
